摘要：

The aim of this article is to describe clinical application of cognitive-neuropsychological approach to assessment of aphasia, alexia and agraphia in patients with focal brain lesion. On the example of four patients with cerebral lesion localized in left hemishpere is ilustrated the importance of analysis of language processing offered by cognitive neuropsychology. Even the clinical syndrom of aphasia of all patients was identical (Broca's aphasia), the cognitive mechanism of language production and comprehension, alexia and agraphia were different. Mapping of these informations was done by new diagnostic instrument, constructed on theoretical assumptions of cognitive neuropsychology of language processing.
