As an important instrument of spectrum acquisition and analysis, spectrum analyzer is widely used in many fields, such as physical quantity measurement in complex environments, running condition monitoring of mechanical equipment and structural health detection. However, the existing optical spectrum analyzer has the characteristics of slow acquisition speed, low wavelength resolution and large volume, which is not suitable for high-speed rail transit, aerospace and other applications that need high-precision measurement of high-frequency signals. At the same time, the spectrum analyzer which needs external light source can not correct the measured spectrum according to the properties of external light source itself. Therefore, based on the Fourier domain mode locking (FDML) laser, a high-speed spectrum analyzer is proposed, and the measured spectrum is calibrated to meet the needs of high-speed and high-precision.
