摘要
CO catalytic oxidation and its consecutive chemisorption were evaluated using Na2ZrO3 as a possible bifunctional catalyst. The CO oxidation-chemisorption processes were compared with the CO2 chemisorption on sodium zirconate. The results clearly showed that CO can be oxidized, at T >= 200 degrees C, and then chemisorbed as CO2 in Na2ZrO3. These results may be of great interest for the development of high-temperature gas-separation systems, such as syngas among others.
