摘要:
Single crystal aluminum(SCA) nanoindentation process is simulated by molecular dynamics method, the elastic-plastic deformation mechanism of SCA under the indenter is studied on atomic scale, and simulation results and experimental results are compared. Analysed why resulting the phenomenon of nano-hardness size effect. The results show that it is the effective means of the study of SCA nanoindentation, and it plays an important role in analysis of the measuring process and evaluation of the results.
