摘要
This paper presents a newly-developed fabrication technique for color-OLED panels by means of wettability-controllable hole injection materials and photocatalyst-coated photomasks. The technique enables us to selectively change the non-wetting surface of home injection layer into wetting without damage to the device performance. Wetting patterns formed by this method makes it possible to print emission-material with patterns of 98 mu m widths on the hole injection layer precisely. A green-emitting device fabricated by this method exhibits long lifetime more than 110,000h at 1000cd-m(2). A two-color device was successfully fabricated and emitted without mixing of colors.
