摘要：
E-business value chain is a theory that based on the traditional value chain and incorporated with the prevailing development of e-business. With its particular producing and selling objects, web-based teaching and training institutes (WBTTI) apply e-business in their business process. This paper compared traditional value chain with e-business value chain and constructed the models for each chain respectively. The model can be used as a guideline to the value chain management for WBTTI.
