The simultaneous events of Health Care reorganisation, Information Technology progress and increased demands on Health Care outcome evaluation have created a new concept of a more sophisticated way how to use an electronic health care patient record The importance of health care process analysis and case processing is illustrated and an operating patient record system in Umea Sweden, is demonstrated.
