摘要
The paper deals with evaluating the load-carrying capacity of a FEM model of a semimonocoque airframe structure with battle damage caused by war operations. The simulation model is based on a rear helicopter fuselage structure. The fuselage structure model is proved by testing the real structure with bending and torsion moments based on operation load. The damages are simulated using circular cutouts that represent possible impact of anti-aircraft missile fragments using Ansys software. A methodics for evaluating the load-carrying capacity of loaded airframe structure based on yield stress criterion is introduced. The influencing factors are discussed. The structure shows a large resistance to the damage. The goals of the work help to estimate the flight, operational and repairing abilities of such damaged aircraft.
