Introduction: Parents have a great influence in the schooling process of their visual disabled kids, knowing their experiences could the give the tools to support them and that they live such process in a less traumatic way: whatever that helps strengthening this kids education. Objective: Describing the experiences of parents with visual disabled children, about the process of scholling thier kids. Methodology: Qualitative study focusing in the interpretative phenomenology based in the Heidegger's philosophy. The participants were a grandmother, a father and five mothers. For the recollection of the information they were made three in depth interviews, to ensure the quality of the study they were used auditability, credibility and transferability criteria. Findings: The participants experienced uncertainty, fear and angust in the schooling process if theirs kids, specially when they had to join the sighted children. However, the lived with hope, that their kids were able to reach some indendency, tht allowed them to join the society. Conclusion: Parents with visual disabled children live with uncertainty and hope, with expectations that children can be independent. Policies are needed to improve access to quality inclusive education.
