摘要：
In this paper, the knowledge of three-way decision and probabilistic graph model is reviewed, respectively. To make a decision on the incomplete information, a new model of the three-way decision is proposed based on probabilistic graph model. Bayesian Network is introduced to calculate the conditional probability of each factor, and these decision rules are proposed, and properties are discussed in this model. Finally, with a comprehensive illustrative example of teaching evaluation system, the effectiveness and feasibility are verified in this model.
