摘要：
Natural cyclodextrins can be chemically modified in a regioselective manner. Amphiphilic ''skirt-shaped cyclodextrins'' have been prepared by esterification of alcohol groups of the cyclodextrin secondary hydroxyl face by acyl chloride of variable chain length. Such derivatives can self-assemble in interesting supramolecular structures. The preliminary results of the physicochemical characterizations and applications of these new systems are presented.
