Music is very important in adolescence. Every music genre is expressed in different lifestyle and adolescents tend to sort yourself to the different social groups by different type of music genre. In article are analysed relations between perception of risk behavior and experience with risk behavior and music preference in sample of 313 adolencents. Analysed are also personality factors according to BIG-5 model and positive and negative affectivity as important factors in relation between music preference and risk behavior in adolescence. Regression analysis found that preference of gospel, punk rock and techno music, experiencing of negative emotions and agreeableness explained 17.5% of the variance of perception of risk behavior. Also was found that preference of gospel, pop, classic and drum'n base music and openness to experience explained 20.2% of the variance of experience with risk behavior.
