摘要
Within the scope of industrial and organizational psychology there are several different concepts, stating effects of working conditions on health. Basic statements of the concepts Anforderturg/Belastung (requirement/stress), Demand/Control, Stress am Arbeitsplatz (stress at workplace) and Vollstandige Tatigkeit (complete activity) are compared. For this purpose (1) the psychological characteristics of working conditions and (2) the indicators for the effects of working conditions - in each concept differentiated and operationalized in specific ways - are condensed on two dimensions respectively. Comparing the concepts on the basis of these dimensions only poor concordance is found. The main distinctions between the concepts are formulated with seven questions. It is suggested to discuss within between the concepts about these questions and other differences.
