摘要：

In the 21(st) century, frequent emergency events bring firms and even the whole supply chain various crises. Thus research on the supply chain risk and risk early-warning of the supply chain is of realistic significance. This paper introduces the supply chain risk and its features, discusses risk early-warning mechanism of the supply chain, and analyzes influencing factors of the risk early-warning in the supply chain from two aspects of internal risks and external risks. At last, risk early-warning index system in the supply chain is built.
