摘要：
In the context of the rapid development of internet technology, the internet finance comes into being. The internet finance is an emerging financial model relying on the payment, cloud computing, social networking and search engines and other internet tools, mainly includes third-party payment platform model, P2P network microfinance model, model-based big data finance services platform, crowd funding model, information financial institutions, internet finance portal and other model innovation.
