摘要：

Support system of pioneering education in colleges and universities has many aspects, involving education organizations, government, society and many other subjects, including media, police, capital, system and so on, occupying many areas such as idea, culture and economics. The colleges and universities are the core in this huge system. Whether those organizations have their own support system or not is very crucial for the whole system. Support system of Pioneering education includes education philosophy, teaching model and recourses, encouragement, evaluation system and so forth.
