摘要
It is well known that automatic control of any process implies continuous or periodic monitoring of the process parameters. In ore dressing mills and metallurgical plants such parameters may include composition of the feedstock, fluxes, reagents, intermediate products, finished products, final tailings, and waste water. Usually this information is obtained from the automated analytical monitoring system (AAMS) in which the main component is the pneumo-transportation system of the automatic representative test sample delivery for an assay. The automatic capsule charging/discharging stations are the primary components of this system and define its general performance. The article dwells upon the up-to-date issues of the automatic microprocessor-based diagnosis of the robotic mechanisms and devices which are a part of the pneumatic sample capsule transportation for an assay with the maximum use of automatic control devices.
