摘要：
At high sampling rates, the resolution of time-interleaved analogue-to-digital converters appears to he limited by the path mismatches, which product distortions in the output spectrum. Adaptive calibration structures. which can converge in the meant are described. They operate in the background and significantly improve the converter performance.
