摘要
The relationship between species diversity of plant communities with soil factors was discussed with two statistical methods: single variable regression and multivariate stepwise regression. Both single factor and multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated that, soil pH, total salt and soil moisture played significant roles to species diversity by single-factor regression, could be all the same under interactions of multiple variables. However, organic substance played striking role by. single-factor analysis, was removed under interactions of multiple factors. Of the three layers (0-10 cm of surface layer, 10-30 cm of middle layer and 30-50 cm of deep layer), the middle layer strikingly influenced species diversity of plant community. Therefore, the conclusions by the two analysis methods were basically consistent with each other.
