摘要
The performance of urban community construction has been appraised roundly with value engineering and multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in terms of value. The function and cost factors of performance appraisal have been analyzed at the same time in order to obtain scientific appraisal result, to offer the basis on which the government department analyzes the relative degree of urban infrastructure construction.
