摘要
Photoluminescence properties of Rhodamine 6G dye confined in electrospun silica fiber are investigated in this manuscript. Uniaxial tensile test and environmental stability of such hybrid fibers are examined. Homogeneous distribution of Rhodamine 6G in silica fibers is confirmed by fluorescence image. Only J-type dimers are confirmed in our electrospun Rh6G/SiO2 hybrid fibers, and the increase of the Rh6G concentration gives rise to a progressive red shift and a broadening in the maximum emission spectra. The emission intensity of electrospun hybrid fibers can be sensitive to the temperature and the relative maximum emission intensity may decrease gradually in the whole measured temperature range.
