On time-optimal motions in a velocity field

摘要：
For a point in a velocity field on the plane, we consider the problem of finding a control bringing it to the origin in the fastest possible way. For some plane-parallel fields, we construct a trajectory that goes to the origin and is the only possible optimal trajectory.
