摘要：

A possible area for improvement in the decision-making process is external information support. and technology advancement in recent years has made this research feasible. This study introduces external information Support as a new approach for GSS research and advances its research methodology: system development, experimentation, observation and theory building. Section 4 describes the three questions to be studied in the near future: of introducing external information. Conclusions external information support system, user interface model and the timing and future work are also discussed.
