摘要：

Using project management maturity model for reference and combining the three characteristics of high-tech venturing project-high input, high risks, and high returns-we analyze the factor of management maturity of high-tech venturing project and then construct four level maturity model of high-tech venturing project. Applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, we propose quantitative evaluation method of management maturity of high-tech venturing project. Through the actual project analysis and calculation, we show the simple operation and reliable results of this model.
