摘要：

Live performance metrics together with strong change communication has delivered an improved process safety culture and business efficiency change. A web based dashboard is employed to display all process safety related KPIs in one place, with one data source and definitions so that there is complete clarity on how the data has been derived. It is automated from multiple IT systems to give last 24 hour data and covers areas of the process safety management system to provide assurance that systems are working effectively to enable prioritization of activities and focus areas. Underlying this, has been a strong major accident hazard awareness campaign. The resulting clarity encourages and enables the workforce to manage their own areas of responsibility, understand performance requirements and achieve the end goal.
