The Binome between Oligarchy and Democracy and how they Influence Governments

This research paper represents a review and redesign for economic growth by redefining the role of the government, the key players in the economy (economic agents and national being), the market and their goals (economic growth and higher welfare). To all these components we should add the pressure had by globalization and its evolutionary bias, democracy or oligarchy. Because all these factors are taken in consideration, it results in a paper that represents a general guideline for better use of the society, politics, economcs and ecology, all with the purpose of achieving a higher level of social welfare and a better mechanism for obtaining sustainable economic growth.
