摘要
In the present work, we use Monte Carlo simulations (MCS) to study the ferrimagnetic of the mixed spin-1 and 3/2 Blume-Emery-Griffiths (BEG) model on a honeycomb lattice. The ground state phase diagram has been obtained for T = 0 whereas at non vanishing, total and partial magnetizations have been calculated. Moroever, we have presented the results of phase diagrams depending on different parameters: exchange coupling paramaters (r(1) and r(2)), crystal field (d(1) and d(2)), biquadratic coupling interaction (k) and external magnetic field (h). On the other hand, the compensation temperature and hysterisis cycle have been established. (C) 2017 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
