摘要
Metal Matrix composite is a metal reinforced with two or more consitutents which can be any other materials either metal or non-metal. Aluminium alloy is one of the most demanding materials in current engineering industry especially aerospace, aircraft and marine industries. It suits most of the engineering applications due to its high strength to weight ratio. In this review paper, various processing techniques, mechanical testings, machining characteristics are discussed using Aluminum metal matrix composite (AMMC). (C) 2020 Elsevier Ltd.
