摘要
The results on the problem of the controlled use of mutual structural transformations to influence the microstructural characteristics in lanthanum manganite are summarized. X-ray diffraction analysis, Mossbauer spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy are used as the main characterization technique. Data on the reversibility of phase transitions between polymorphous modifications of LaMnO3+delta compounds are presented. It is revealed that the excess oxygen concentration plays an active role in these transformations. It is shown experimentally that reversible phase transitions can be used as a real mechanism of nanoparticle formation.
