摘要
This paper describes an implementation of a linear programmable transconductance cell with low distortion and bias currents in the range of 100nA - 300nA. The power dissipation is approximately 1.5 mu W at 3V supply for a 2V(p-p) input range and approximately 900nW at 3V supply for a 1V(p-p) input range. The total harmonic distortion(THD) is -42dB for a input voltage of 2V(p-p). The programmable transconductance cell can be tuned by varying its bias currents. Simulation and experimental results have been used to confirm its operation.
