摘要:
In this paper, hexamethylenetetramine-functionalized magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SiO2@Propyl-HMTA) catalyst was prepared and utilized for the synthesis of 4-aryl-NH-1,2,3-triazole derivatives. Also, the interaction between aldehyde, nitromethane, and sodium azide was investigated within the synthesis route. Henry Reaction between the aldehyde and nitromethane created an intermediate that was immediately attacked by N-3(-). As a result of this attack, 4-aryl-NH-1,2,3-triazole was generated through an in situ [3 + 2] cycloaddition.
