摘要
Here we present a comprehensive approach to study tumors both in vivo and ex vivo based on time-resolved fiber-based fluorescence spectroscopy and macroscopy. These approaches allow to interrogate metabolic states of tumors based on the fluorescence signal from nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD(P)H.
