Endoscopic repair of frontal sinus and orbital-zygomatic complex fractures

摘要：
In order to minimize the morbidity associated with traditional methods of open reduction and internal fixation of frontal sinus and orbital-zygomatic complex fractures: minimal access, endoscopic-assisted methods were developed and applied in the management of 30 patients presenting over an 18 month period at Sunnybrook Health Science Centre. The technical details and outcomes will be presented. Indications and applications will be discussed.
