摘要
Growth kinetics of Geotrichum candidum and Penicillium camemberti may be continuously recorded with the help of a new turbidimetric device specially designed for the case of filamentous microorganisms. Turbidity measured at 660 nm varied in proportion to the dry cellular weight (total biomass) concentration in the range 0-5 g l(-1). (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
