摘要
Present paper explores the multi-parametric analysis as a tool for online diagnosis of statoric electric faults in three-phase squirrel cage induction motors. A set of five characteristic parameters commonly used for diagnostic purposes are calculated, analyzed and compared to identify their possible usability in low voltage and low power motors. Five different operating motors ranged from 6-20hp/220V are used as a base of comparison. Some of the motors analyzed are actually failed but some others are in good condition and exhibit an unusual value for some of the described parameters. The evidence indicates that the analysis of just one failure parameter or the application of only one diagnosis technique result in an erroneous diagnosis.
