摘要
The Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS) for coal preparation plant has been developed in China, the first known application in the world. This paper presents the optimization aim and the architecture of coal preparation plant CIMS which consists of three levels of promotive control structure. In the presented example the business environment and production condition of coal preparation plant, the structures of function subsystem and the support subsystem are given. The function subsystem consists of management information subsystem, production schedule subsystem and workshop automation subsystem. The system has been successfully applied to coal preparation plant of Nantun Coal Mine with very encouraging result.
