On establishing technology independent innovation base of Wuhan in Central China

摘要
From the perspectives of national strategy layout, the rising of the Central China, and the development of Wuhan itself, the paper has revealed the strategic meaning of establishing technology independent innovation base of Wuhan area, analyzed the factors for creating the base, and put forward the guiding ideology, the target and the principle of founding the base. At last, the paper has also put forward the project and measures for the establishment of the Central-China technology independent innovation base in Wuhan.
