摘要
Engineering institutions of higher education often have considerable numbers of foreign students from developing countries. Many return to their homes upon graduation, where they often encounter problems in adjusting to their society and adapting the technological knowledge and skills to the local conditions of their society. On the other hand, it is true that today we see growing numbers of American, European, Japanese and other developed society engineers working permanently or temporarily in foreign countries and encounter similar problems of adjustment when abroad. There is, therefore, a growing need to address the technology transfer issues in the engineering education curricula.
