摘要
The semantics of human rights, in view of the premises of the systemic pragmatics of Luhmann, can be observed also as a certain self-reflection of the legal system in the form of its self-description. Therefore, based on the aforementioned premise, the objective of this work is to make an observation that explains a description of human rights in a different way. Thus, we seek to question in the present work whether it is possible to explain based on the Luhmannian systemic pragmatic assumption that the concepts of human rights would be linked to a contingent self-descriptive realization of the system of law, in the sense of concluding that it is an important communicational semantics that it even makes invisible the paradox of the legal system.
