摘要
Normothermic ex-vivo kidney perfusion is a promising technique to maintain and evaluate an organs vitality and viability. In this article the perfusion process is qualitatively analyzed with a focus on kidney specific functionalities. Additionally a method to characterize the autoregulation of an isolated ex-vivo perfused kidney is introduced.
