摘要:
Layered TiO2 and TiO2-MoS2 nano-materials were fabricated by hydrothermal method. The influence of fabrication parameters on the microstructure was investigated. The sample growth mechanism is proposed. Layered TiO2-MoS2 is consisted of ultrathin repeating unit of a thickness about 0.9 nm. Layered TiO2-MoS2 nano-materials have better organic pollutant absorption, higher visible light absorption, stronger photo-catalyst and piezo-catalyst activity than that of P-25-TiO2 and layered TiO2, The piezo-catalysis of MoS(2 )is first proved to be survival in its hybrid structure.
