Two-spin-1/2 mixtures and Bell's inequalities

Two classes of mixtures are considered. The first one includes nonorthogonal mixtures exhibiting a phase-dependent violation of Bell's inequalities. They can be uniquely determined as classical or quantum ones. The second class contains peculiar states, which satisfy the inequalities but cannot be written as mixtures of direct products. The question of nonlocality of the states is also discussed.
