摘要
An attenuator with a smoothly variable insertion attenuation has been designed for measuring systems on p-i-n diodes. It is used to control power from 0.3 to 13.0 dB. The feature of the attenuator is that it introduces a very small phase shift when regulating the power in an operating frequency band of 0.1 MHz to 4.0 GHz.
