摘要：
The software of free handwriting number recognition adopts the critical technology such as a method of retrieval a thinning table and a way of value reshuffle. From the feature of irregular number, this paper puts forward a kind of recognition method, that is arc distinguishing. It brings forward a feasible recognition method for symbol identification of smooth feature.
