摘要
Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) has been reported by 14-25 % of the adolescents in studies at German schools. If students try to seek help on their own, or problems linked to NSSI emerge in the school context, teachers and other school professionals often represent the first contact. Also, the spreading of NSSI within a class has been identified as a problematic phenomenon by school professionals. This paper aims to provide a review about dealing with NSSI in the school context. It has been shown that knowledge about NSSI can be increased through structured programs both for students and for teachers. Additionally, some school protocols have proven useful for school routines yet.
