Electric and magnetic field dependent dimensionality of electronic states in quantum-scale semiconducting and superconducting heterostructures

摘要：
We have generalized our theory of transformation of electronic states dimensionality in semiconductor quantum well (QW) structures with asymmetric barriers to include the HTS heterostructures. It was shown that our theory is capable to explain many features of bulk HTS.
