Career Adaptability is the psychological resource of career transformation for individual, which helps to realize the smooth transition from school to workplace. This study uses the questionnaire to explore the relationship between college graduates' career adaptability and employment status. It is found that the employment status of boys is better than that of girls, and the career concern and career control of college graduates can positively predict their employment status, that is, for university graduates, the higher of concern and career control, the greater the probability of employment. The results provide a basis for exploring the factors of influencing the college students' employment performance.
