摘要
Three Zn-II coordination frameworks (CFs) based on benzobisimidazole were prepared by utilizing organic ligands containing methyl groups in the 2-position of the imidazole rings. The molecular structures of the prepared CFs were revealed by single-crystal XRD. The influence of the methyl group on the crystal packing motifs of the materials was investigated and compared to structurally related compounds without methyl groups in the 2-position of the imidazole rings, which were prepared under the same or very similar reaction conditions. The thermal stability of the prepared CFs was investigated by variable-temperature powder XRD and thermogravimetric analysis, and their photoluminescence properties are reported.
