摘要
Distance learning approach as an alternative or complementary way to make Romanian education system starts at ensuring quality and compliance criteria in educational matters. Preparation for life concept, which was long a goal of Romanian educational systems, has become redundant in view of the enormous changes in Romanian society open due to technological and economic change. Thirty years ago, lifelong education can be regarded as an option for an age with more free time. It has now become a necessity. For education and training have become segmented and diversified in line with the various demands of consumers who pay for educational modules tailored to their needs. We must take in consideration the needs and learning students' performance in e-learning process.
