THE HIGHER EDUCATION LEGISLATION IN BRAZIL AND THE TEACHERS OF UNDERGRADUATE COURSE IN PSYCHOLOGY: WHAT ARE WE DOING DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC?

摘要
This experience report proposes a reflection about higher education legislation in Brazil and what has been done by professors in undergraduate courses in Psychology, during the period of isolation on the Covid-19 pandemic. Does the teacher is teaching, learning, understanding and experiencing something beyond the theoretical content? Does the teacher understand the numerous changes in your profession? How is the teacher experiencing these changes? The answers are diverse and require attention from course coordinators, regulatory and guiding bodies of the teaching practice and training of psychology professionals. The methodology used was bibliographic research, with analysis of official documents from Conselho Federal de Psicologia, Associacao Brasileira de Ensino em Psicologia, Ministerio da Educacao, Conselho Nacional de Saude and Conselho Nacional de Educacao. These documents help build dignified work processes at this atypical moment. The propose reflection is that these twenty-two months of remote teaching were spaces for inventing ways of working and living together. In addiction to the verbs to teach and to learn referring to theoretical contents; to understand and to experience directing oneself to the affections awakened in these educational experiences, there is the presence of the verb to welcome, which is considered an important element for the teaching-student practice.
